Companies like Natural Figure offer products such as Omega 3 DHA Junior to help supplment a childs diet, but a more fundamental shift in our thinking needs to take place first in what we feed our children so as they get the best butrition from the food provided for them at home.

A good place to start is with a book by Sue Palmers Toxic Childhood
"...but the results of so many ill effects coming together for children is startling."

"The author has interviewed experts on all the areas concerned -- from diet, sleep and exercise through to marketing and the electronic media -- and brought everything parents need to know together in one place. An absolute godsend!"
